		<description>Fear often paralyzes us. Your article points out very well that action is the best solution to fear.  I would like to suggest two more solutions. The first is to reach out and help someone else.  It could be someone else’s business efforts or on a personal issue, it doesn&#039;t much matter.  What matters is knowing that we are all in this mess together.  If we help each other out from time to time, it helps all of us to know that this too shall pass.  The second suggestion is make time to exercise.</description>
