According to a May article in the Seattle Times, a woman’s house was completely stripped when her niece posted an ad in the online classifieds stating that the house was being demolished and everything in it was up for grabs.
And grab they did! Everything, according to the report, that wasn’t bolted down, and some things that were, found their way to other locations — including the front door! And yes, if you were wondering, even the kitchen sink!
The niece is being charged, but what’s an Aunt to do? To read the entire story, visit the Seattle Times website.

Oh Craigslist.. where do I begin.. I used to be in love with craigslist, but has anyone noticed that it’s becoming really difficult to post a legitimate ad on Craigslist lately? I’ve always used craigslist to sell my old stuff when I need extra cash, but lately the craigslist spammers have made things so difficult for the rest of us. Maybe it’s just me? What does everyone else think?
